Vessel Tracking

Pole Star's marine asset tracking system has been developed specifically for barge and tug operators, offshore support & oil exploration companies and coastal fleet operators to to easily keep track of their powered and unpowered fleets. Existing GPS and communication equipment can be used to send tracking reports back to the office, without additional hardware.

Long Range Identification & Tracking

The new SOLAS V/19-1 Long Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) regulation will enter into force on 31st December 2008. The introduction of LRIT will enable the monitoring of vessels at sea and provide an identification of potential threats.
